Who We Are
NBGV Events is a creative workshop company that designs and facilitates hands-on craft experiences for schools, organizations, and community groups. We specialize in engaging, well-organized workshops that encourage creativity, self-expression, and meaningful connection.
Our workshops are fully facilitated from start to finish, allowing participants to focus on creating, exploring, and enjoying the experience while we handle the details.
Our Mission
Our mission is to bring welcoming and creative experiences directly to schools, organizations, and communities. Through hands-on craft workshops, we create moments where participants can slow down, express themselves, and feel proud of what they create. Our goal is to inspire creativity, build confidence, and strengthen connections through meaningful creative experiences.
We believe creativity should feel accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone.
Who we work with
We work with a wide range of groups and organizations, including:
Schools and educational programs

Community organizations and nonprofits
Corporate teams and workplace wellness initiatives
Whether it’s a one time workshop or a multi session experience, we tailor each offering to fit the group we are working with.
Our Approach
Our workshops are thoughtfully planned and fully facilitated with care and intention. We bring all materials, guide participants step by step, and create an engaging experience from start to finish that allows everyone to participate with confidence.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Sabrina Desrosiers, the founder of NBGV Events. My love for creating began at a young age while growing up in Haiti. From learning how to make flowers to participating in hands-on craft workshops, creativity was always a part of my upbringing. Working with my hands came naturally to me, and I consider it one of my greatest gifts.
After moving to the United States and growing up within the school system, I gravitated toward creative learning and hands-on activities. I loved learning how things were made and enjoyed the process of creating from start to finish.
Over the years, I continued learning a wide range of creative skills, including crocheting, sewing, DIY craft projects, and styling my own hair. I enjoyed learning how to crochet blankets and sweaters, do box braids, and sew garments. My creativity even led me to make my own prom dress while I was in high school.
Creativity has always been a source of expression, confidence, and joy for me. Through NBGV Events, I hope to share that love for making things with others by creating workshops that feel welcoming, empowering, and inspiring for everyone who participates.
